I have been applying for about a year now and nothing. I just reapplied two weeks ago with the newer format and also had a college buddy write me a letter of rec. he is a recent hire. Do they really hold a grudge against us that they won't even tempt to try and interview. Does the Eischen award hold that much weight because IMO its worthless anyway.
They aren't holding a "grudge".
With the Eischen imsl at this moment in arbitration, it would be foolish to accept Anyone involved -at this time. The Midwest 8 are a daily reminder.
Your opinion about the imsl is shared; however its just that until the arbirtator rules. Apply all you wish, but until the arbitrator rules, I wouldn't expect too much.
