Doing east coast turns and living in an expensive crashpad every night while trying to figure out how to get back and forth to Denver would make you leave after a year or less! I don't think TTN will be an issue worthy of much concern. Operationally the management team understands the struggles that would be realized by crews trying to make to their base. Now Dulles/Cleveland is a much different story. They are commutable cities and that's where a majority of the new growth appears to be.
