The FAA mins are 25 hours and the average is 40-50 with no jet experience. The most important question is, what are you doing flying for a 121 carrier? You have no business being in airplane. I am surprised that a company like SkyWest would hire something like you. If I were you, I would quit flying all together and find something that would be less dangerous to yourself and others. Did someone put a gun to your head to go to Mesa? The fact that you couldn't make it through IOE is your own damn fault. You can't blame Mesa nor the check airman for your stupidity.
