Hulas wouldn't invest in the mrj unless it was a sure thing. They probably got some kind of word that they'll get a contract. AA already flys 87 seat RJs the mrj is 90 so all they have to do is remove a few seats. I sincerely doubt tsh would do anything with these planes other than fly them for a major partner. There's lots of guys that think Hulas will start an independent airline with these mrjs.
My guess it's they'll either expand first class or add a couple more rows of economy plus seating and you'll be under scope. The real issue is magtow. Can they get it certified under the scope limitation.
