I don't think this is being held against you or anyone else in your situation. The powers that be realize that the pilot group at the holding company are good for the most part. If anything, I would imagine that you would be asked if you would resign your seniority before coming on board (pretty standard question everywhere).
What really seems to make the difference for getting an interview is internal recommendation. If you know anyone else at F9 (preferably not on probation), have them contact JP or SM. Good luck!
That's my issue is I have no other people there but newbie's. I guess just patience and something will happen. Good Luck to everyone. Guess I should've taking the interview three years ago when RAH offered us interviews. Thanks for the insight.
