Just as a casual observation on this new and cool thread...

Lots of (stacks of) overtime. JC blatantly coming out and saying that we are turning down opportunities coz we don't have crews.

Read between the lines if you have to. We are understaffed to the hilt and it will not get better...

You want overtime? Right now it is the low hanging fruit and even outbases are going junior...

Lots of leverage for the pilot group. Lots of money for the hungry ones and this is finally a real time show of the impending shortage within our industry.

Take it and run right now when you can but I think the suits have a plan B ready...
