There's more to an employer decision than equipment. Domicile, upgrade time, prior relationships, a myriad of factors go into picking an airline to work for. Aside from avoiding turboprops, equipment is at the bottom of that list. And since you bring up pay, have you considered pilots at these "bottom feeders" might make
more money considering their Captain pay by the third year? I really didn't want to get embroiled in these petty airline battles my first day posting here, but since people insist on it...
