They aren't kicking eagle to the curb! Idle threats to get concessions. It's a completely different environment than the days of comair... The days of a seemingly unlimited supply of 250 hour airline pilots is gone. Beginning this august airlines will have to cough up the expense of the training required just to take the ATP written which is estimated to be 15-20k. Consolidation and mergers at the regional level is around the corner... This is the only thing that will save us from whipsaw that we're so accustomed to. I have no problem with the original Mesa pilots who were dragged through bankruptcy and furloughed... The issue I have is with guys like the OP who are proud and excited that Mesa is growing and taking over flying at the expense of other pilots.
