Pay is in the 50s with extra for extra shifts. Some bases fly every shift, some not so much but 300 hours a year would be average. Average Benefits, Company applies no pressure to fly, good mx, solid company owned by AMGH (Bain Capital) Seem to be opening a few new bases each year. Can't really pay too much attention to the openings on the website. Most of those are pretty outdated or not accurate or filled by internal transfers etc. Feel free to ask me any questions
