At the time I was there the company was short staffed so on my days off crew scheduling would call and ask if I would like to come in. It varied between 150% and 200% during the holidays. For simple math I'll round up my hourly rate at the time was $30/hr so it would have been $45-$60 an hour had I picked up additional flying. I didn't live in base so the pay that I quoted was just straight pay. I left before I could hold a line, but guys from my class were averaging about 6-9 months in PDX GEG and BOI that was almost a year ago though so I'm sure it has changed since then.
