The AA and US Airways merge should be up soon.
For now though the surveys that members have filled out with their registration have been compiled into
survey results for each airline. This information will hopefully be helpful to pilots considering other airlines for employment.
The hope is to find some way to quantify an airlines culture and work rules/QOL. Subsequently, it is hoped that the survey data will offer a window into what it is like to work for a particular airline.
The following post explains it in more detail. Pilots do have to sign in for a free membership to view the results. The reason being it helps the website gather more survey data as more pilots sign in. The more survey data that is aggregated, hopefully the more insightful and reliable the results that can then be offered to pilots.
The information that is shared in the results is de-identified. The reports are in testing so any feedback is appreciated.
