Food for thought... Just how junior will a Captain TDY Base Bid go. My guess is all the way down to the new guys & gals. Luckily the MD80 is a simple aircraft and one can just jump into the left seat with ease.

I'm wondering if they will have to junior assign people to be forced to upgrade since all of the new upgrades will be probably be assigned to the TYD base?
Wonder how many other airlines have to do that?
