According to your "source"? Are you a recruiter for PSA/Mesa? Did you read that on APC?

As long as Mesa doing phone "interviews", they are having difficulties filling classes... Once they will go back to traditional interviews and actually filter candidates, then I will believe you (maybe).
Actually I know for fact that many of the new hires don't even finish training at Mesa...
