You are missing the point... There always will be pilots with no values or respect to the profession. However, most of the regional industry compiled of pilots with values, who will never go work for mesa or gojets type airlines. The fact of life is, XJT/SKYW/Envoy/ RAH/ AW are almost 15k pilots that are not willing to sell the profession short... Mesa+GoJets+PSA are ~1900 all together. So yes, they may sustain minor growth. BUT, these pilots/airlines will never be a big part of the regional industry....

Anyway, to sum everything up. There always will be pilots suffering from SJS/ upgradiatis/ selfishness / lack of values/ lack of respect. Yet, they are the minority and always will stay that way.

P.S.

I know that I generalized a lot and some of PSA pilots tried to stand for the industry (by voting NO for their latest contract).
