You are missing the point... There always will be pilots with no values or respect to the profession. However, most of the regional industry compiled of pilots with values, who will never go work for mesa or gojets type airlines. The fact of life is, XJT/SKYW/Envoy/ RAH/ AW are almost 15k pilots that are not willing to sell the profession short... Mesa+GoJets+PSA are ~1900 all together.
