The only reason management can get away with such crappy contract is because they are able to attract new bodies... You knew before you applied to Mesa that the contract is one of the worst in the industry and you still applied... So the pilots are to blame just as much as management.
I get that it's bad but there's growth here. And XJT has been guilty of lowering the bar for interviewees as well, just like many other regionals.
