I agree that history shows we dropped the ball. We dropped it because we forgot our roots. We forgot that no pilot's job should ever be for sale to fund another pilot's gain. Basic trade unionism that doctors, lawyers, electricians and plumbers all understand. We f'd up.

That's my hope also, but...C2012 breathed new life into a rapidly dying RJ experiment by allowing 70 more large RJ's that our passengers like. NuGuy voted NO, but acl65pilot voted YES. In this last 117 negotiations, NuGuy voted FOR memory rat, but acl65pilot voted AGAINST memory rat.
Again, I do hope your generation returns to the basics of being a union. But so far, your generation is batting .500
