I don't work for Atlas and I was on Gen Decs in the JS HKG-ANC. Reciprocal JS agreement and CASS will do it.
Unfortunately that is the only US carrier I know of that allows it.
How long ago was that. The gen decs are being switched to a electronic format that requires access to the master crew list. So far across airline access to that has not been granted. It's also the last hurdle for cockpit access on international flights.
