It's not the end of the world, and when the upgrade at Compass drops below two years these same people criticizing 2nd year captains at Mesa will be applauding them at Compass. But that's quite alright, most of us sleep just fine at night knowing that people don't like us. BFD.
Great point, a lot of new hires at various regionals have plenty of previous 121 experience. Guys from Eagle and Expressjet have been filling the new hire classes at PSA lately. Within the next few months, PSA will have upgrades below two years and lack of experience will not be an issue.
