So let me get this straight - due to growth, the upgrade at Mesa has dropped. I get it, the contract at Mesa sucks. So now, a 1.5 year guy (who has a background that your unfamiliar with) is in the wrong for bidding and being awarded an upgrade in accordance with his seniority at a closed shop carrier?

If he can legally be a 121 PIC, has the seniority, passes the check ride, completes IOE and passes a fed ride; what's the problem? Do street hire Captains (which there were a lot of a various carriers in the 2005-2008 timeframe) pass muster with you or is that reckless? This isn't the first time the upgrade has been this short at a 121 regional. It's approximately the same at TSA as well.

It's never enough for you Eagle guys. You insist on cheapening anything positive that happens in this industry to somehow make yourself feel better about your situation (which sucks, but that's how the ball has bounced with Parker and his cronies). Hopefully things turn around for you guys (you get the airplanes that you're due), but in the mean time, try not to **** in everyone's cereal.
This.

I'm sorry that someone started a thread about this whole ordeal. It can come across as arrogant to some, but this isn't the first time someone has upgraded in under two years at a regional. And you if think that everyone needs your seal of approval to do so, then you must be a sad, miserable individual.
