Pay is crappy and you have to pinch pennies for the first 30 days because you get paid less than min guarantee. Once you come back from the 30 day home study you start getting paid guarantee. I don't remember the exact amount of hours you get paid for during the first 30 days. You could probably find it if you go back in the thread long enough or someone else can chime in who remembers.
