I'd like to encourage all perspective Mesa pilots to read the following:

I'm sure the phone interview was difficult, and getting hired somewhere with your background is not easy, but there are other options out there. Just because someone upgraded in 18 months does not mean you will. In fact it means the opposite, you will be forced to endure years of abuse. Don't listen to the recruiters.
