All the nay-sayers in every one of these threads always preaches "quick upgrade is an illusion."

And yet, people continue to do it at a number of regionals. When will it stop being "recruiter speak" and start being reality?

If you do your research you can hit that quick upgrade. Of course it will come to an end at some point but if you can read and have even the smallest bit of insight you can figure out where, and where not, to go.

This past decade has poisoned the mind of the regional pilot into thinking it will be bad no matter what.

Things can change.

This place(APC) is a breeding ground for negativity. Fact is there are plenty of happy regional pilots. Even at the "bad" ones.
