With all the hiring going on at the regionals and majors now, why would you go someplace and sign a training contract? If something bigger and better comes along 6 months, 12 months or 1.5 years, you are on the hook for a significant amount. Many other regionals do not require a training contract. Do not lock yourself in to RAH unless you plan on being a lifer. Crappy pay, crappy management, crappy scew scheduling and the beatings never end.
What is the current contract obligation at RAH now? Just askin'.
