I'm with you on this one. We lose 50% of our pilots due to age in the next 8 years. That's roughly 2500 of them. Also plan at growing 6% per year. That is 250-350 pilots every year for many years. I could have my math wrong (but I don't think so) but thats 500-700 slots per year for at least 8 years. I know, I know age 65...blah blah blah...I am talking in todays rules. Just for specualations sake.
