Agree 100%. I don't blame very junior FO's on either side of this airline that go to other regionals to give themselves the best chance of upgrade and movement, where here at XJT, 7 year FO's have a VERY good chance of being 9-10 year FO's before it is all said and done. But you're right, for FO's with 3+ years of service in, holding a line by a wide margin and being able to control their schedule and make a decent living, it is really hard to start over at another regional, waiting for a Major or LCC is the way to go.

Negotiations resume July 21st...this thread will likely be dead until then.
