I'm just saying, if number 600ish is upgrading in a pilot group of 840, that means there are PLENTY of people ahead of him that haven't upgraded yet...unless you only have 200 FOs on property. Yes, for those hired in the last 6 months to a year, it's going to be good timing. For those coming on now, I'm just warning you that the 1.5 year upgrade is probably not going to last. It's unsustainable.
