After being hired over the phone with 4 questions, he flunked out of training, even after multiple extra sim sessions. He was then sent by Mesa to an "RJ course", which he also flunked. Then he went back to Mesa for more training. Yeah - You guys have some real winners there!
A bunch of socially weird youngins ragging on an outsider old guy. Imagine that! Guess what? Sometimes the older hires have a hard time in the sim. They pass, or they go home. Sounds like this one went home.
