You guys really don't need to defend Mesa! It's a bottom feeder with a terrible contract... It will continue to be for it's entire existence! People go there for the easy hiring (no real interview) and a potentially quick upgrade and that is it! I hope you guys don't have delusions of getting a better contract or pay rates because as long as JO is able to fill classes and staff his flying there will be absolutely no incentive to do so!
How do you think JO is able to get the contracts for united and us airways? It's not because he's a super awesome guy and they feel compelled to give him more flying..
