I not going to get into why Alaska refused to end all their codeshare agreements; destroy their outstanding mileage program or put themselves in an incredible risky situation by not accepting Delta's exclusive feeder offer. What I will say is Alaska's refusal resulted in a lot of pilot jobs and growth. A BIG win for us all. Try sticking to that. You'll have more credibility. Keep Climbing and have a great Delta day!
Absolutely! I'm
very glad that AS management decided to award DL narrowbody flying to DL pilots on the west coast, because DL wasn't going to do it.
I'm just trying to spitball some ways to pitch tighter scope to the company. It can be sold as a partial win for them, ditto for large RJ scope if DCI continues to implode. Our scope needs improvement and its the cheapest time to "buy" it right now, at least as far as large RJ's and AS go.
