They told me to not be discouraged. The interviewer was really honest with me and he seemed frustrated (not at me) but at the cog test. He said that it just happens sometimes that people don't pass it. I got the vibe that they really wanted me there (I don't know if that was honest or just them being recruiters) either way though it was comforting after being told I didn't pass.

Anyway, they encouraged me to apply again within 3-6 months. I'm not sure if I can afford to wait around that long though....which really blows because Compass seems like a wonderful company and it definitely has a bright future ahead.
