Any updated info would be great.
Please don't get me wrong. I'm very curious as to what it is that guys desire and what their expectations are.

I know when I started at the regionals growth was insane and most companies upgrades were at 3.5 years. So there wasn't really much thought put into where you go. Everyone was hiring. Times are much different now. If I were in the same position now I would have definitely chose a different career.

Why Xjt? A dying regional. Old-school culture. Honestly L-ASA has some of the most boring places to fly to. Huge fleet of unwanted airplanes. 4-5 years at least on reserve on the CRJ ATL. A gigantic seniority list. What is it that you know that I don't. Over 7 years in the right seat with no upgrade in sight makes me wonder sometimes.

Just seems like there are so many better choices. Good luck. I think.....
