Again, you miss the point. Our management signs a contract and then continually tries to break it. They use creative interpretation combined with non-existent IT to blanket the grievance process so that issues take years to correct. That is what we are dealing with. So frustration abounds.
As far as the your/you're thing. I'm typing on a smart phone which finishes the word before I do. Do I waste time on this forum long enough to check my spelling? No. Btw, you might want to avoid run on sentences in a post where you are playing English professor. As far as how I did in school, you don't know me so I won't embarrass you.
