Another vote for Clarity Aloft's. Extremely light and comfortable, especially on long days, and very quiet. Their customer service is top notch as well.
I can only think of 2 drawbacks; 1: Lack of a rotating mic makes it a little more difficult to move the mic out of the way while you eat/drink. 2: Despite a previous post, they are a little pricey.
Now, having said that, I got mine at seriously reduced price, used. Knowing what I know now, I would not think twice about purchasing them brand new, if necessary.
Regarding TSO: Strangely enough the TSO'd version has terrible NAV/COM bleed over on the equipment I fly. The non-TSO'd version works better and costs $200 less.
