Can you provide some case law that supports your premise that airline pilots owe fiduciary duties to their employer under their contract? Hint: it doesn't exist.

I think you and your sidekick, square, need to do some more research on what type of relationships dictate fiduciary duties (see doctor-patient, attorney-client, trustee-beneficiary, etc...) before you two start using terms that you don't understand.
