So jerk, in your "professional opinion," you believe that pilots owe DAL "fiduciary duties" under the PWA???? And you believe that based on what??? Can you provide some case law that supports your premise that airline pilots owe fiduciary duties to their employer under their contract? Hint: it doesn't exist.

I think you and your sidekick, square, need to do some more research on what type of relationships dictate fiduciary duties (see doctor-patient, attorney-client, trustee-beneficiary, etc...) before you two start using terms that you don't understand.
