I watch my CAs consistently treat OAL pilots with respect, including regional guys. I've seen plenty of DAL guys(myself included) sit on FA jump seats so that OAL pilots could sit on the flight deck jumpseat. Just a few months ago, two mainline pilots took FA jump seats so that regional pilots could sit in the flight deck jumpseats.
Also, based on the number of apps DAL is drowning in, I'd say your opinion is rarely shared.

I can't agree with this enough! Never been treated with anything but respect when j/s on Delta. The guys are great, extremely friendly, always made me feel at home.
Delta's planes? Old tin cans held together with bailing wire and speed tape, had to return to the gate a couple of times, but they get the job done.
