GB must have turned in his pilot advocate hat when he came here. I have yet to see "best DO we have ever had" material. The downward spiral in our QOL started when he signed on. I can only hope what you say is true and think maybe someone above him pulls his strings. But until he proves otherwise he's one of the worst DOs I have ever had...
