I'll make $45K+ my second year as FO at SKW, I hold 3 & 4 day trips that begin around noon and end before noon, not to mention I'll upgrade long before they do (CA pay please).

Remember that being tops in the industry will only lead to higher cost and less flying. There has to be balance and SKW does a great job keeping us WELL above average in both pay and QOL while maintaining/gaining flying that allows us to grow, upgrade and ultimately make more money. When your future is based up codeshares it’s imperative that you keep cost low and moral high, nobody does it better than SKW; this is business 101.
