Welp...Dripping sarcasm aside...

A pilot hired today would most likely not see a less than 2 year upgrade unless we get more acft. 3 Years is probably a safer bet.

That being said PSA is a good place to be right now. If you can stomach the 12/4(which shouldn't come in to play for a new hire at this time) our contract has some pretty good stuff in it, specifically for time off and soft pay.

It's interesting to get some perspective from Comair guys. We have quite a few of them. They used to have "the best" contract and most of them will tell you it's not all that bad over here.

As far as the quoted post, we don't fly 175s. This is the typical uninformed "I hate PSA because I've been told to hate PSA" post. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. If you cannot have a constructive conversation about PSA, or ask a related question please keep it to yourself.
