You're kidding yourself to think these contracts are written in stone. They are very fluid over time as the industry changes, and again skywest hasn't given up any UAL 200s after receiving 40 175s. This was an enormous purchase of planes. The number very closely mirrors the entire INC fleet and that didn't happen by coincidence. Skywest knows their contracts with UAL and DAL will be renewed and the 200s will swapped out for 76 seats. The swap out ratio remains an unknown question only time will tell. My money is on raises at the top end for larger RJ's at regionals, why? Because pilots are financial retards.
