If they make a mistake, they could get a paper cut and it could get infected. If we make a mistake..........
Please, please, please don't take this the wrong way, but they could pay RA 100 percent more and it will not even move the employee expense line on the ledger a smidgen. Increasing the wages of 12000 pilots by a rate of 20 percent will have a much different consequence.
This is not to say we should not expect 20 percent on day one, just that it costs the corporation a lot more than to award it to one individual.
