I've been flying 135 for 10 years. Most of my career the major airlines have not been hiring. That has changed, finally, and I'm thinking about my chances in the 121 world. Since I've been flying 135 for a while I make ok money, wife, kid, etc. So regional job/pay is not something I'd like to do unless I have to. My question is do I have a chance of getting hired with a major airline in the next 2-3 years with no 121 time?

7000 TT
3500 Turbine PIC
1100 Jet PIC
4000 multiengine
Currently flying a CE560 for a charter company as captain and have been captain for 7 years.

Yes, you do. Finishing the degree as soon as possible is huge, as is networking. If you have friends who will write letters of recommendation, that will move your resume into a smaller pile. AS long as there aren't any unforeseen problems (oil, Middle East, Ukraine, etc.), the majors will be hiring for quite some time due to retirements. Good luck!
