Hello everyone.

I have an application in with Emirates and am really looking at putting in an application to EY. Money not being my prime concern as with either jobs I would be taking a pay cut and be giving up my command. I am much more concerned with quality of life and a move to Abu Dhabi or Dubai would be a big, big improvement on where I am now. I have no preference for narrow or wide body, I have flown both and found each to have its good points.

With that in mind if anyone could answer any or all of these questions I would be very grateful. For what its worth I am early 30's, single and no kids

1) Do you generally get to take all your leave in a year?
2) How is the staff travel on a leisure rebate?
3) Do you have to do the full UAE ATPL exams on arrival?
4) Are EY crew a nice bunch to work with?
5) Finally, what if anything do you think is better about working for EY than EK?
