Yea I wasn't counting the SSP. I know two people without TPIC and they were both women so it would be interesting to see what they are looking at to offset not having TPIC.

I know my buddy just went through class and 20 were military and 20 were SSP/flow so only 10 were OTS and of the 10 OTS 3 were women. So if my math is correct, that means 7 left OTS or 14% of the class. Not looking good for us that aren't military or SSP for now.

Anyone get the email for an interview this week? I heard a bunch went out this week. The pace for OTS pilots will pick up substantially when the 160 at compass have been hired. Does anyone know where they are at in the compass flows? I'm guessing 80 of the 160 have already been hired but that's simply a guess.
