I would bet that very few, if any, of the PSA guys that voted yes thought any further than how taking voluntary concessions for growth would affect upgrade time at PSA. Did any of them think about how continuing to feed the majors' addiction to "cheap feed" would affect majors' hiring/growth? Or how their vote would affect their peers' career progression and even those pilots to come behind them? I highly doubt it. They saw the opportunity to upgrade soon and took it without thinking or caring that they were selling out thousands of their peers. So, like I said... you're selfish! and I hope it bites you in the a$$ later
