Mike, to answer your question Delta is WAY BEHIND the power curve when it comes to hiring. Two weeks ago I had a client who interviewed, was offered a CJO, and now is in a late August class. I had a couple of SSP clients interview yesterday (7 out of 8 hired yesterday, all SSP candidates) and their class date is in the fall. They are being held back because of staffing needs at Endeavor.
Makes me wonder how things are going for Endeavor. I hear attrition is very high, & not many are being replaced. So how long will Delta let it go?
