I've been working at a Major for about a year, but I would still like to make the switch to Delta. I've had my app in for over a year and I've continued to update. At first, I thought my experience from another 121 carrier would help, but since I still haven't been called, I'm starting to wonder. Typically HR departments really like to hire away from their rivals when they can. I'd say you have a good shot. Although I'm sure time is ticking, as at some point you'll get the golden handcuffs where you're at.
