How does that work? In a normal day to day conversation most people can figure out whether or not an individual is honest, decent, and morally sound. An interview is not a normal conversation, especially a pilot interview. It's stressful. Human beings handle stress very differently. Can you tell the difference between the pilot who is stressed or trying to give an evasive answer? I seriously doubt it.
I stand by my original statement, FAs have no business being present during a pilot interview. Pilot's do not work for FAs. This process undermines the chain of command required on an aircraft. Additionally, it devalues the position and I personally believe that is why the management at JetBlue instituted it. I look forward to your well researched response.
Well since you don't work at JBLU, have no intention of doing so, and have not interviewed (thus invalidating your argument as merely second hand info at best), JBLU pilots are under no obligation to share the interview process with you. It's on the Internet, go find it.
You are just a regional guy... Want to move on? Better adjust your attitude. The major carrier pilots are working hard at shutting the door on the mistake (regionals).
