You get your training pay guarantee, enjoy every minute of "free" pay, because you will pay for it on reserve. Skywest is 2 airlines, no not ASA and Skywest but reserve and lineholder. Reserve will have you regretting not hanging yourself first thing in the morning to avoid the frustration and agony. Being a lineholder can be OK. If you quit Skywest for any reason other than going to another airline, it will probably be because of reserve. Remember the beatings never stop, because they have multiple abusers and lots of time in which to do it.
Beware, hope you are not on reserve for long!
