For those so offended by FAs interviewing pilots: Can you honestly sit there and tell me, if given the opportunity, you wouldn't want to interview your future boss? The Captain is the day in, day out manager (boss) of inflight. I know I would be much happier if I had a say in the people hired in the CPO or upper management.

If they are hiring for "culture," it makes sense. That being said, the culture is bull and they can keep it.
